Your Diet Plan:  I am following a modified low carb program...the carbs aren't too low (I'll eat up to 100 a day) and I am still counting calories, currently eating 2200 a day
Your Fitness Plan:  Your Fitness Plan: Weight training three times a week and either tai chi, or yoga three times a week
Supplements? St. Johns Wort, 7-Keto, Siberian Ginseng, Vitamin C and Calcium.
What diet plans have you used in the past?  
Low Cal, Juice Fasting, Candida Diet
Why do you want to lose weight?  

The weight I've gained has really slowed me down physically and I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. My real goal is to make the 'me' on the outside match the 'me' on the inside.
