I am following a
modified low carb program...the carbs aren't too low (I'll eat up to
100 a day) and I am still counting calories, currently eating 2200 a
day

Johns Wort, 7-Keto, Siberian Ginseng, Vitamin C and Calcium.

Why do you want to lose weight?
The weight I've gained
has really slowed me down physically and I am sick and tired
of feeling sick and tired. My real goal is to make the 'me' on
the outside match the 'me' on the inside.
