I don't know about you, but that would put up a RED flag to start.

The basic concept of this DIET is to eat their prepackaged foods and see your counselor once every week to every other week.  The basic plan is based on calories. After losing the bulk of your weight, your counselor will start adding back in your own foods.  And after losing your total weight, then you go on their maintenance plan. 
This plan is very costly just for the food not to mention your counselor.  The average is $200 weekly total for both.
From what I can gather from talking to one of the counselors at the center in my local hometown, she stated to me that there is no need to exercise as the prepacked foods will do it all for you.  Her comment to me was that I need to get my food under control, movement comes later!
In my opinion, this is not a good plan.  I have seen many people regain their weight immediately after they stopped eating the prepackaged foods.
