variety of nutritional info. Basically: lots of water, no
coffee, no sweets, no junk food, no eating after supper, very limited
dairy, lots of veggies & fruits!

Treadmill - 30 min. per day -

per week to drive somewhere to weigh myself. They
weren't giving me any nutritional or weight loss info.

live an active lifestyle - to downhill ski again; to ride a
bike with my kids; to shop and not drop!!
