Your Diet Plan:  Customized from a wide variety of nutritional info.  Basically:  lots of water, no coffee, no sweets, no junk food, no eating after supper, very limited dairy, lots of veggies & fruits!
Your Fitness Plan:  
Treadmill - 30 min. per day - every day
Swimming:  3 times per week - Gym weight workout 3 times per week
Supplements? Not at present, but I'm thinking of starting on some
What diet plans have you used in the past?  
1.  Diet Pills (They didn't work in the long run.)
2.  Weight Watchers (Worked, but I was basically  paying $12 per week to drive somewhere to weigh myself.  They weren't giving me any nutritional or weight loss info. that I didn't already know.  I think the idea of keeping a journal is good and I'm trying to do that now.)
 
Why do you want to lose weight?  

Good health ... I'm too old to want to look like Julia Roberts!  I want to shop for clothing in normal stores!  I want to live an active lifestyle - to downhill ski again; to ride a bike with my kids; to shop and not drop!!
