Your Diet Plan:  Low-fat, sensible eating, lots of vegies.
Your Fitness Plan: Treadmill, hand weights, crunches and who knows what else might come along.  I belonged to a gym but they shut down.
What diet plans have you used in the past?   Multiple
The reason you want to lose weight:  
1. Fit into all of the size 10 clothes that I have hanging in my closet from 5 years ago 
2. Be able to go to any "skinny" store and buy any clothes that they have on the rack 
3. To be able to wear clothes that don't look like my grandma's 
4. Help my heart and body so that I can live to see my great grandkids some day. 
 And anything else you want to tell us: Someday, my sister Mary Ann (she's a challenger, too) and I will be sharing small clothes!
