Tacoma Rockets Forever!

Welcome to the only site on the Web
dedicated to the Tacoma Rockets.
The Rockets are a major junior hockey team
in the Western Hockey League (Canadian Hockey League).
The Rockets played here in Tacoma from 1991 through 1995,
and moved to Kelowna BC where they still play today.

On this site, you will find links to
the latest statistics of the former Rockets,
as well as many trading card images.

Thirteen former Rockets have now made it to
the NHL, and many have continued their
pro careers in North America, Europe, and Japan.
Three different ex-Rockets played
in the 1998 or 2002 Winter Olympics.

The host of this site is saddened to report the death of former Rocket and Wichita Thunder
winger Kevin Powell, as a result of a motorcycle accident in Calgary, Alberta on June 16th, 2002.
KP will be missed by all who remember him.
