Dear Friends,

I know that some of you have been waiting to hear me speak more generally and teach on the tragedy that took place just a few days ago.  I have been collecting my thoughts and praying in order to answer this Apoctolyptic scenario appropriately.

The President said something I appreciated he gave us a scripture and called it wisdom from the ages. "Yeah, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me" (Psalm 23:4).  To this I say, "Right on Mr. President."

Lately I have been teaching on living right before the Lord so that we be tremendously blessed before the Lord, using scripture like Psalm 84:11 and 2 Corinthians 9:10-15.  But there is a far better reason to become and stay right before the Lord and that is so that we lose not our inheritance.

The Lord has been telling me that what occurred back on the 11th is just the beginning of things to come.  In fact we have been being prepared for this and worse since the first World Wars.  The things obviously that have greatly impacted America were: Pearl Harbor, Oklahoma City, Columbine, and now New York City.

I hope we are not surprised but rather prepared Gods Word says this world will wax worse and worse (2 Timothy 3:13, 4:3-4).  This is just the type of thing that happened in New York that prepares the world for the reign of the anti-Christ.  Because he will show up when the world is in disarray and will claim to be the savior; he will bring the world together like never before, through awesome tragedy much worse than we have seen he will bring what seems to be divine intervention.  This is a place where I am concerned.

The Bible says he will deceive the very elect if possible.  Are we of the caliber of even the very elect (Mathew 24:23-24)?  Now we might say right now, "Oh, I'll never be deceived."  But examine your lives how deceived are you already?  Things and activities you take part in that are unbecoming a closer walk with Him is walking in deception.  The Bible says that if we do not walk as Jesus does not only do we know Him not but we also deceive ourselves (1 John 2:4; James 1:26-27).

Now more than ever we need to study and know the Word of God.  I have been encouraging this since the onset of teaching more than a couple of years ago; I truly hope it is being received.  Some of you might wonder, “Well, where do I start?”  Start with the passages that I send you and go back and read the whole chapter.  Read the little Epistles of the New Testament: Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians-through Jude they will teach you how to live and what to be prepared for.  These books are not very long and don’t take that much time to read, so read and mediate.  If and when you read through the New Testament don’t decide that you never need to read it again.  Read it again and again.  There will be key passages that you will forget and that don’t strike you the first time you read them.  King David said, “I will hide your word in my heart.”  So please hide it there, there will come a day when your Bible is taken away from you.  Please before that day happens consume the Word of God and store the passages of His truth and power within your mind to draw upon it again and again.

I am taken to the story of the ten virgins (Mathew 25:1-13) 5 were prepared for the bridegroom and 5 were not.  Which are you?  Prepare, prepare, prepare! I can’t emphasize that enough.  Have questions, don’t be worried about going to your pastor and spiritual leaders and ask.  Come to me when reading the Word and ask if you don’t know what the passage means.  I will be happy to write to you personally.

Why am I so urgent on this matter?  Right or wrong we may go to war.  Once one government starts pressing buttons others begin their fare share too.  Which could precipitate a holocaust.  Scary days are ahead and I want you all to be prepared.

God is with us, He promised that He will never leave or forsake us.  But if we are not accustom to His presence what good will that do to us?  Get together with your friends and family and study and pray.  Pray by yourself that Jesus prepares you from within to live as Christ in the days to come.

If you aren’t ready for the day of the anti-Christ and you are told unless you take his mark (Revelation 13:11-18) that your money from that day forward does you no good and that you will be arrested and tried as a Christian what will you do?   See you don’t know least you are grounded on the Word of God.

“In this time of uncertainty, the interest of the superficial and halfhearted soon began to waver, and their efforts to relax; but those whose faith was based on a personal knowledge of the Bible had a rock beneath their feet, which the waves of disappointments could not wash away” (The Great Controversy pg. 394 Ellen G. White).

“He replied, Go your way, Daniel, because the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end.  Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked.  None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand” (Daniel 12:9-10).

Dear Jeremy and friends in the USA.... our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to all those in the USA in this darkest hour.... Shaun & Carole from the UK...

Uncle Sam being carried see the plane crash into the World Trade Center and its rubble becoming trash while Americans die and we ask: Where is God?  See the plane crash into the Pentagon and the military scrambles while Americans cry and we ask: Where is God?  Buildings collapse loved ones among the casualties while the unknown criminal laughs in his evil sneer and America asks: Where is God?

"I AM here carrying you Uncle Sam and whispering that I have a plan I AM here" Raise the flag at half mast for those who are dead and sing patriotic songs such as "God Bless America" to raise your hopes but remember Uncle Sam: GOD is carrying you.

This was written in response to what happened on the dreadful day of 09-11-01. As I was watching the news God spoke to me and said, "I Am carrying you; carrying this country through this time."

The tragedy also challenged me to come to a closer walk with Christ and become a stronger light to not only those who lost someone but those who are asking, as the poem says: "Where is God?"

As my friend John Day said in a song concerning the same dilemma of where is God when bad things happen: "I Am right here." Which came from the album "Where is God when?"

"He [God] tends His flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in His arms and carries them close to His heart; He gently leads those that have young. In all their distress He too was distressed, and the angel of His presence saved them. In His love and mercy He redeemed them; He lifted them up and carried them all the days of old." (Isaiah 40:11, 63:9).
