Bunny hop onto a ledge.
Now instead of putting the back peg on the rail first lean forward and get the front peg on first.
Now move your backtire onto the flat of the ledge so it rolls along. THIS IS JUST THE OPPOSITE OF A FEEBLE!
To get off pull your back off the ledge and towards the ground. while its still peaking the little pull bring your front up and off to now land.
