And for those of you who don't know it, Lady Elizabeth's "Kitty Helper" song...

Kitty Helper

(To the tune of "Doggie in the Window")

How much is that kitty in the window?
The one with the black and white tail
She looks so unhappy in the window
I bet that she thinks she's in jail.

I could use a kitty to assist me
To scratch to the top of the hill
She looks like a worker and a climber
I'm sure she would just fill the bill.

I need a companion in my travels
To talk to and help with the work
I'm sure that this kitty would be helpful
Her duties she never would shirk.

I might take my kitty to convention
To sit by the side of my chair
She could do all my salutations
In case I am busy elsewhere.

How much is that kitty in the window?
She seems to be feeling so blue
I'm sure we Rebekahs would all love her
I think we should buy her, don't you? Meow meow!

(This song was originally presented to Lady Elizabeth during her term as President of the Rebekah Assembly of Washington in 1993-1994 by Lone Star Rebekah Lodge #141, Fall City, WA.)
