Secondary State Highway 12H

SSH 12H was added to the state highway system in 1957. This route began at Jct PSH 12 (at the time US 830, now SR 4) in West Kelso and headed north along the west side of the Cowlitz River via West Castle Rock and ended at Jct SSH 1P (now SR 506) at Vader. When the current state highway numbering system was first posted in January 1964, SSH 12H became SR 411.
