Secondary State Highway 12C

SSH 12C was added to the state highway system in 1937. This route began at Jct PSH 12 (at the time US 830, now SR 4) at Rosburg and headed south to Altoona. This route became signed as SR 403 in January 1964.

A branch of SSH 12C was also added to the state highway system in 1937. This branch began at the SSH 12C trunk and headed east to Eden. The branch was dropped from the state highway system in 1943.
