State Route 548

SR 548 was added to the state highway system effective April 1, 1992. This highway starts at I-5 Exit 266 and heads west, then north to Blaine. The route serves traffic headed for the BP and Conoco Phillips refineries, the Intalco aluminum plant, and Birch Bay State Park. In Blaine SR 548 joins Portal Way (former US 99) and passes through the downtown area, ending at I-5 Exit 276, the last exit before the US-Canadian border. SR 548 is 13.85 miles long.
