The Keller Ferry is part of Washington State Route (SR) 21. Although the ferry is operated by the Washington State Department of Transportation, it is not operated by the same division that operates the state ferries on Puget Sound, but instead by the Spokane based WSDOT Eastern Region. There is no charge to ride this ferry. The boat is named the Martha S.
