Kitlarak stood in deep within a large cave which was somehow illuminated but no torch shown... He wore his dark robe once more and held the shamans staff he had pulled from his sack... his hood was low and his face looked across the cave to an wooden altar with his once friend Sharkalis's body upon it... "Birth is dawn... death is sunset... and ye hath met thy end..." a tear rolled down his cheek as he raised his staff and the altar alit with magic fire encompassing Sharkalis body... "from the fire... end the funeral pyre... down he go to serve his mistress... and he truly does it well." he then sumply stood there hunched over with the staff as a walking rod and looked upon the altar... staring... unblinking... there he waited for his lover or the end of the ceremony... "...whichever happens first..."

Aeare runs through the woods in desperation. She had to find this cave that Kit had spoken of. Rumpledorf flappes noislessly behind her, with the occaisional complaint about how fast they were going. Aeare stumbles to a halt at the mouth of the cave. It was as if it had just appeared in front of her. "Kit?" she calls "Where are you?" A bat flies over head starling her. As she speeds up she wonders if she'll find her love, or her doom.

Kit hears the words even from deep within the cave and slowly shrugs his grim mood and turns and walks toward the call of his lover... it took a few minutes but he made it... He smiled happily upon the sight of his love and gave her a passionate kiss "Missed you..." He then looked behind her to see the ratbird Rumpledorf flapping behind "Hail oh vermin!" he raises his staff to the ratbird and keeps one arm around Aeare as if he was fearing if he let go he'd lose her once more... Kit then looked back to the woman who had captured his heart and queried "How did you get out of etheral?... oh nevermind answer that later... the orc camp is down and out and I have you back!" he then smiled under the hood of his robe "We gotta find some way of celebrating!... any idea's love?"

Kole snaked along, trailing the wizard at a distance. It had looked much to her as if he had gone off alone, and there was no use in him being caught and used by an enemy as bait. She watched all of the things that the wizard did, up into his encounter with the ratbird and the other human. She hissed, licking her lips, looking at the ratbird hungrily. "Sweet, hot flesh, the living but not the human..." At that moment, the serpent blew her cover, and came snaking out of the trees as fast as she could. She fangs glimmered and she sprang through the air, towards the ratbird, snarling all the way...

Rumpledorf looked at the serpent and laughed. "I am the Great Rumpledorf, you wll fear me, you-OOF" The serpent knocked him over and prepared to eat him. Areare Screamed and grabbed Rumpledorf with lightning speed and shoved him in her pouch. She cursed at the snake as it slithered angrily back into the woods from which it came. She turned to Kit, and smiled weakly through her tears. "We're going to need a hell of a celebration after THAT." She continued to walk beside her lover, with her hand in her pouch, comforting the frightened Rumpledorf.

Kole hissed as her meal was plucked out of her grasp. The dragon, defeated, hissed at Areare angrily, muttered, "Humans..." then snaked back into the forest to find food elsewhere.

Kit grins and says "well I KNOW you don't wanna go there... but we got my shop which is a good facimaly!" Kit then look's down at the vibrating rodent in Aeare's pouch and queries "He gonna be ok? Haven't seen him this scared since we first met each other... potty mouthed rat" Kit then thought for a second "Hey wasn't that the dragon at the last camp?... Oh well gone now!... Have you seen Hod and Timiat again? They've really missed you ya know!... sorry running at the mouth again love..." Kit stop's to rest a moment a bit winded after be wounded then the ceremony of the sunset. "...you never told me how you got out of Etheral... That's a question thats been biting at me" he then just leaned aginst his staff and waited for his lover's reply's.

Aeare Pushes kit Gently... "What does it matter, my love? We're together!. Rumpledorf'll be fine... I hope... damned snake. She takes Kit in her arms and kisses him lightly... I missed you so much...

Kole, retreating into the forest, caught Aeare's last remark. "Damned snake? DAMNED SNAKE??!!" she roared, turned back, and crashed down towards the two lovers and the ratbird, in a rage. "I am NOT a snake, you defiling little twit, I am a dragon!" Her voice boomed and echoed through the trees, as her slender body rose up and towered over the three.

He looked up at the dragon and said "I think it's pissed... don't let rumpledorf see this." He then just sat and waited... seeing what the dragon would do.

There is a rustle in the forest and kit smiles evily "You think you can take on a winged rat a human/unicorn and a half deamon huh? how about the first to and 4 dragons..." He laughs hystericaly and pulls from his robe the black dragon amulet give to him by Aeare long before... he tosses it upon himself and at that moment Timiat and 2 forest dragons rise from the foliage... the forst dragons seem to be barely out of the pup stage... maybe 30... he grins the way only a dragon can and remember the words once said to him by his friend Jeb from the strange dimension HE calls 'reality'... Kit rises to his full height in dragon form triple the size of a normal full grown black and speaks "It's time to ask yourself a question... do ya feel lucky? do ya punk?"

"Pitiful!" Kole shouted, emphasizing her point by raising both of her arms high. "Ah, if my daughter were here she'd say so as well! And my brother as well. And yes, I do feel lucky. I'd rather think that you'd keep an ally, instead of wasting one over a petty arguement that isn't even yours. I *could* shift to the other side, take down half of your little group right here, and be done with it. Now, drop the spells and leave me be. All I wanted was an apology." With that, Kole pointively turned her back, and narrowed her eyes.

"Mamma, I do think it's kinda sad."

Kole hissed, grinning, and turned to look back at Kit and his little group. "Now, if you will please drop yuor little act, I would slightly care for you to meet my lovely daughter Asalia!"

It was, strangely, a human girl, about 19, with long wavey brown hair and silvery eyes. She peered a bit shyly around her "mother's" bulk, a slender girl, suntanned, from years spent outside, almost to the point that she was a dark brown. Kole looked down proudly. "Don't be shy, Asal."

"Ok, mamma. Wizard, that is kinda pathetic, whatcha got there..." Then, in suddeness, the girl lost all of her timidness, and stepped boldly forwards. "Pa-thetic." Her hands slid down on her hips, and she raised a brow slightly as the silver blue dragon watched on, amused. "Maybe you'd better get back to studying before you hurt yourself!" The girl, dressed in hide shorts and a hide shirt that exposed her stomach, purposefully walked up to one of the forest dragons, and spit on the ground in front of it. "Go home." She bent down and picked up a rather large stick and pointed it at the dragon. "I said go home." Her eyes flashed boldly down at the whelp as she stood her ground. Kole started to laugh.

Kit stares unamused along with the other dragons... He relinqueshes his form and motions for the dragons to move "There are other ways to get an apology... And what do you expect when you try to eat one of our best friends?" a few seconds pass before the forest dragons that was told to "go home" thought towards Kit ("(Can I eat her? She's annoying me...)") Kit glares and replys ("(Watch it Firak! The girl has done nothing of any importance to us... yet...)") The one known as Firak just snorts and settles on his haunchs. "It is recommened that you teach your child fear... if you do not then she may pay the price..." he sits back down and says "Excuse my rudeness but like I said I have little favor for those who try to eat my allys! I admit you need food I know... but be careful who you eat! And I do not refer to you as an ally... I do not even know anything of you and at this moment until I am much calmer I have no wish to..." Timiat begins to move toward the strange bluish dragon and began to snort but Aeare cast a glance at her as if to say "Calm down... she gets the point..." Timiat steps back once more and waits...

Asalia stepped forward and stood on her tip toe to meet Kitlarak's gaze. "I know fear, you idiot, but I don't fear little 30 year old dragon whelps! Ha! My brother is 18 and bigger than those runts!" Then, at once, she stepped back, turned and walked to her mother, her face shining with a grin.

"Threatening someone is not eating someone, wizard. Any creature ni this forest knows that," Kole snapped, flicking the tip of her tail in agitation. "I'd think you might'd rather want us as allies, unless you want to face a rather large family of various types of dragons. Erakin could go tell them now if I wanted." The sharp cry of a hawk answered that comment.

"Man, for a wizard I'd think he knew better mamma," Asalia said, smirking, putting both hands on her hips.

He barely keeps from releasing a bolt of hellfire that would kill of them and and through gritted teeth says "I am talking about you narrowly missing a sentient being... to be exact the rat bird Rumpledorf! And another thing! I come from etheral where all threaghts are kept and I know only what is said and done most times... go ahead an call you dragon... I ahve my allys also who will be ready within a day need so be... but I don't want to fight you I merely want you to leave me alone... and I expect rumpledorf would like an apology!"
