Subject: The Queen goes into a state of Mourning (OSL)

She walks along the halls of the castle, her steps are straight and narrow, but a dazed look is in her gaze. She is dressed in a black satin gown and her face is covered by a sheer black veil. Soft sobs can be hear from her occassionally as she mourns the death of her husband.
Like a wraith in the shadows she moves, no light to guide her way, the sounds of the wind blowing through the open windows seems go moan in reflected sorrow.
A mixture of sounds that would haunt the stone walls of the castle forever, woeful moans that softly drift within the wind as it wisks down the many corridors.
The passing of guards went unnoticed as they bowed their heads to her in respect of her loss. Many either loved or hated the king. Mainly he was loved and respected by all. So onward she moved down the many halls and corridors.

~Hearing the news of her King and dear friends death, anger and pain burn within her.. She wanders thru the castle, stopping sensing the Queen ahead,, her keen senses picking up the pain that she suffers.~
~Not wishing to intrude upon her grief, and needing to mourn on her own, she runs out of the castle, not stopping to glance or speak to all those she passes...~
~Outside , she looks to the forest, then back the castle....black tears falling from her eyes, crystallizing as they hit the ground... Anger and Pain filling her, her eyes blaze red as her massive wings burst from her back...She takes flight, soaring into the skies... looking down to the lands and castle that she has come to love..~
~Not knowing where she is going but knowing she must think and mourn....she soars onward,,,.thru the clouds ...soon disappearing from sight~

A small hobgoblin shrouded in smoke watches the queen mesermized by her acts to her loss. he feels a great pitty for her but knows not to interfere... he watchs saddened and wishing to help but remembers to stay back... he then remembers his masters words to leave soon after he found the results and and vanishes out of sight

She turns to look at the young woman whos arms surround her. She had done well to keep the tears at bay, but this show of kindness released their flow once more as she wrapped her own arms around the kind woman before her.
" Tis alright M'lady :: soft whisper:: Everyone did their best, It does my heart well to see such a kind and caring person, I thank thee for thy comfort. Do nae feel thee did anything wrong, for I blame nae a single soul for anything"
She then steps back from the Gabe and the woman can see the faintest of smiles upon her lips, the veil hides the tear swollen gaze.
" I am here for all as long as i'm needed. I will nae turn my back on anyone in friendship"
