She casually walked in, her eyes taking in the scene, immediately memorizing the faces and placement of all. Lilith stepped over to the bar, reached over and grabbed a bottle of chablis. The tender started to protest, however was cut short by a somewhat large ruby shoved in his mouth. Coughing it out, he looked at
it, then at her and just went back to flirting with the other female customers.
She popped the cork, then takes a pull from the bottle. Soon enough, some foolish male walked over and started to make idle pratter. She turned, not wishing to speak to the inebriated one. He was not her target, so she did not waste time with him. "You don't say much do ya? That's good, because what I have planned for you don't need talking," He said
as she turned. She spun around, slipping one arm around his neck, then pressing her elbow up and under his chin. Applying just a little pressure to the area, he fell without a sound and mess. Easy clean up for the tender.
That was when her man stood up. He looked at her, at the body, then made a bee line for the door. A woman by the door smiled, opening the door for him. He was a regular and somewhat of a local hero. Too bad they didn't know he was a lousy houseguest with royalty, lifting a few of the family jewels and a princess's flower. Lilith moved with silent efficiency, going to the door the woman snarled at Lilith. Lilith grabbed the woman's face,
shoving her out of the way, opening the door just in time to see the "brave hero" getting onto his horse.
He knew why she was there with him, she knew why, that was all that was needed between them. He drew his "magic" sword and threw a bag of gold at her feet. "Take the gold and I won't have to kill you!" he tried to say without pissing his pants. She watched his eyes blanche when he watched her just stare at him with unyielding eyes. The sword glowed and
he swung at her, missing her completey because of an unfocussed mind. She dodged deftly aside from the second swing. She drew her already loaded crossbows, pulling the trigger and letting the barbed darts go through his lungs.
Choking and grabbing at the darts he ripped them out which only damaged his body further. He feel from the horse with a meaty thud as he suffocated. A nice healthy blue color he was, she pulled his own sword on him and decapitated him. She smiled, and slashed his pants off him, grabbing his member, bringing the sword across it. he wouldn't be needing it anymore. She shrugged for a second picking up the gold and pocketing it. A tip for a job
well done.
The next day when the queen woke up, she found a blue skinned head on a silver platter, along with a penis hanging out of its mouth and jewels splayed out on the platter. A note was folded and placed neatly beside the little "present". She picked it up and read it, a slow smile forming.
Dearest employer,
I have fulfilled my end of the contract not quite exactly to the letter. Relieving him of his member was purely decorative, though I thought would be appreciate after... Well, you know. I will not charge anything extra, I rather enjoyed last night's work. Just leave the gems of my choice with the barkeep at the Wild Nights. Thank you so much for your employ.
Lilith Desdemona Seraphina
Gems Desired:
Three rubies
Two emeralds
Six opals
One black diamond
With that done and said, the queen sent word of Lilith to Fallan, recommending her for any "cleaning" jobs.

She gazes upon the item delivered to her, yes she had changed, but barbaric she had not become.. She read the note attatched to the gorish package and set them both aside. Slowly she stood and walked to the window and gaze out over the bustling streets below.
She had not wished for things to go this far, her intent was to make examples of those who threatened the security and lives of those who dwelled within the kingdom, but she had crossed the lines of civility and the reasonings behind such action were numerouse.
She then had a servant remove the items to burn them away from prying eyes and sat to take a quill in hand and parchment.
Dear Lilith,
I commend thee for coming forth in an effort to rid these lands of the vermin that try to attack us. I know not of what your intent is to aide me and my cause, as I know thee not. I want a lawfully run kingdom and members who will aide in its growth and prosperity, if this is thine wish as well, then I can use many more like thee. If thy wish is only to deal with barbarity and cruely, that is not my intent. I hope those who had been
displayed has sent the message I had hoped to put forth. No longer will I tolerate disloyalty, dishonor and members who are not willing to pull their weight or who constantly jepordize other members in the kingdom with their foolish, idiotic ideas..

Queen of Caldemon
She then takes the parchment and folds it, it is then sealed with wax and marked with the royal seal of the kingdom, two dragons intertwined. Given to one of her loyal messengers, it is then sent out to be delivered to this mysterious woman who has stepped forth to aide her in the cause of the kingdom without notice.

Her messenger raced across town to the Wild Nights tavern, handing the message to the barkeep with extreme secrecy. "Give this message to the lady named Lilith." The barkeep nodded, placing it in a box next to a large pouch.
The messenger then returned to Fallan, explaining to her that Lilith was not in at the moment and he had left te message with the barkeep. Later that day, Lilith returned "home" to the tavern. The barkeep waved her over, handing her the box. "Be careful sweetie, the Queen is not someone you play games with." She smiled and walked up to her room, the
barkeep had called her sweetie. He would probably be the only one that would get away with it.
She opened the box, pulling out the pouch and looking at the requested stones. She nodded, these will be perfect. Next, she looked at the royal message, reading it carefully with a stolid expression. She would have to meet this Queen and explain her purpose here for it could not be properly expressed in a letter. Hopefully this woman could read minds, for a vow of silence has taken up by Lilith.
She put the gems in her rather large beltpouch, smiling at the weight. Hopefully she will come out of this endeavor with a slightly larger purse.
Lilith Desdemona Seraphina... Think for yourself, or you're better off dead. Either way, I'm satisfied.
A MEETING WITH FALLAN

She finally got her chance to speak with Fallan, probably because she walked right on into the castle after only a mild protest by the guards (Fallan will have to get new guards...). She was not quite rude enough to march right in to her room, so she just went into the dining hall and sat down at the head of the
table. She had to get this straight with Fallan. When Fallan came down from her room, she was hopefully taken by suprise (This meeting was unscheduled).
Lilith already had her message written, and handed it to her. She patiently waited for a response, her face held stolid.
Fallan,
I have no intent to aide you, yet. I am a hired blade who wandered in and was made informed that my former employer recommended me to you. So to make things easier for you, I followed the missive. My goals however, probably differ than yours. I have grown weary of those who go unpunished for their crimes, and yes, I saw the heads. It's a beautiful start, however rather unattractive. My wish is not to deal with the barbarous and cruel actions
of your people, that is not of my concern. I am here, hopefully to get hired. I will be your word and hand if you need me to be, though my messages to the people are generally written in blood.
Your people are your business and possibly your priority. Whther or not you desire my services or not, I will remain as a presence here. I will not kill without your knowledge, if of course you pay for the knowledge of the contract. There are a lot of people here who could use my unique talents, and who would gladly pay for them. However, if you put me among your consort, you shall of course control my blade. The choice is yours to make, either
way, I am staying here.
Sincerely,
Lilith
Lilith was who she was. She would not back down from her words. Caldemon won't know what cleansed it. With that thought, she smiled for once.

She was not in her room as the woman had speculated, but out on patrol with her knights amoungst the grounds of the kingdom.
When she rode to the front doors of the castle, she was met by guards and servants alike. With a low growl she dismounted and handed the stable boy the reins as she and several of her knights stormed into the castle and straight to the dinning room.
Twin redwood doors ornate with wrought iron flew open as she made her way into the elegant dinning room, sword clanking against mail as she moved, twin orbs of gold, hard and cold in their glare, the stern set of her jaw showed she was far from amused or moved by this womans actions.
Snatching the note from the womans hands gruffly she read it over and a cold and calculated smirk lacking humor appeared upon the otherwise emotionless face. Those golden hues rose to look at the woman as the note was crumpled and dropped nonchalantly to the ground.
Her voice held the edge of ice in its soft utterance.
" I know nae why thee chose my lands to appear nor do I care, if I am ever in need of thine services, I shall contact thee, nae thee appear into my home and disrupt those within it. I will nae tolerate any attacks against those of my lands and thus far thee have done just that upon the illegal and unannounced and unwelcomed visit while I was out. If and I mean " IF " I am in need of thy services, thee will be contacted, until then, do nae show thy
face without prior invitation or the making of an appointment again"
Without giving the woman a chance to rebuttle, she turned on her heal and strode right back out the door, soon followed by the knights who had accompanied her as they made way back out of the castle and to the walls that surrounded the kingdom to continue their rounds.

She smirked, realizing she might have burnt the queen's biscuits just a little. Shrugging, she took her feet off the table, picking up her things, and left the castle grounds. She was not aware of any laws and wondered if it would matter if she
did. Sometime later, she wandered upon a board of available jobs. Looking for a job that would require her abilities, she lost hope. "No one here wants people dead... How unnatural..." she thought. That would certainly bring about slow business... Maybe the weird woman whom she met at the stakes would cause some trouble...
Looks like one more night of taking chances, tomorrow we'll see.

She lied down on her bed, counting out the gems again. It was all she had to do until business picked up. She bundled up the gems, placing them in her pouch again and walked downstairs. There, she was met by the barkeep who handed her her usual, the largest cup of water he had.
She sat down amongst the folks of the tavern like she always did. Never one to hold herself among others or claim titles other than the ones given to her, she listened to one man tell a story of how he caught his daughter sleeping around with the boys of the town. She smirked, how common around here.
After a few hours of this, she walked over to a listings board, looking for a job again. She was getting frustrated, no one was looking for a cleaner! She walked back over to her "friends" and gave them all a message to spread the word about her. She agreed to give them fifteen percent of whatever she hauled in.
They all smiled, shaking their heads, but complied anyway. They knew she would be hard pressed to find an employer amongst these happy-go-lucky idiots... Perhaps she should find some scorned lovers or mothers that hate their son-in-laws... Oh well, time is something she had plenty of, she hoped.
