Born to the Lord Zeldern and Lasy Escalla of the high-ranking Ashgrove House in Nicardian, he spent the first 15 years of his life struggling toward fulfilling his father's dreams of having a powerful heir-lord successor. But soon, his elven teaching were rivaled with those taught by his younger sister, the half-blood by the name of Laeral. His magics steadily grew over the next few years, and as he participated in his 19th birthfest, he made the fatal mistake of passing a bit of Laeral's magic as his own. Lord Zeldern took note of this and spent the next few years rooting her out and exposing her.
Made to flee by the threat of death once she was exposed, Laeral took Wyn with her in her escape. He, caring greatly for the well-being of his sister, stole her away to the edge of his father's Estate. Settling her where she could not be harmed, her then returned to his home, explaining that he was taken and coerced by Laeral so that he could again enter his society.
A few months passed before he again saw Laeral. He would have never guessed it to be her, for now she seethed with a rage towards elven kind, towards her very House, towards he that she once called brother.
Now at the age of 23, he draws up a self-proclaimed quest to find Laeral, who is now on the move again after destroying the entire Ashgrove Estate, save himself and a few slaves. In his quest, he gathers the company of a Gypsy, a Tracker, and a vagabond fighter, using their skills to help him further his goal. Trying to distance himself from the group as much as he can, for fear he will lose things close to him again, he falls into mental and physical battles with himself and those who impede him in his quest. The quest for the one he once held so dear, and that wields the power to destroy him and all of elven kind.
