HONEYDEW MELON SOUP
4lb. honeydew melon; 2 1/2oz. sugar; 3oz. dry sherry; 3/4oz. lime juice
Cut open the melons, discard the seeds, and cut out all the flesh from the rind. Puree' the melon with the remaining ingredients. Strain. MAKES: 1qt.
