CHEESE LASAGNE
3lbs. Ground Beef; 1 Jar Tomato Sauce; 15oz. Ricotta Cheese; 10oz. Mozzarella Cheese Slices; 1/2C. Shredded Parmesan; 1/2T. Basil; 1/2tsp. Oregano; 2 Eggs; 1T. Chili Powder; 1tsp. Pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add tomato sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. In a bowl, mix ricotta, parmesan, basil, oregano and the eggs. Spoon half of meat mixture into bottom of 9x13" pan. Spoon half of cheese mixture on top of beef. Layer mozzarella slices on top of cheese mixture. Place remaining beef on top of mozzarella slices. Spoon remaining cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Bake until cheese is melted.
