CHEESEBURGER PIE
1 - 1/2lbs. ground beef; 1T Minced Onion; 1T Minced Garlic; 1tsp. Salt; 1tsp. Pepper; 2 Eggs; 1/2C. Mayonnaise; 1/4C. Half & Half; 1 Slice Low Carb Bread; Cheddar Cheese
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 2 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Press beef mixture into bottom of pie pan or casserole dish, crumble up bread while pressing beef into pan. It shoud look sortof like a meatloaf at this point.
In a bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise and half and half. Pour 3/4 of mixture over beef. Sprinkle cheese on top. You can use as much or as little cheese as you like. We like cheese in our household, so the more the better for us.. Probably about 8-10oz. Pour remaining mixture over the cheese.
Place in oven for 25-30 minutes. Depending on your oven, it may be more or less time. You want the cheese to be melted and starting to brown a little.
Makes about six servings. Approx. 3 carbs per serving.
