1 package sugar free chocolate pudding; 1 package sugar free vanilla pudding (Or white chocolate); 16 oz. cream cheese softened; 1 cup splenda; whipped topping
This is a modified recipe which is very rich, you can also do this using 1 flavor of pudding if you would like it to be toned down.
Approximately 35 carbs for the WHOLE dessert in the pan. Change the carb count depending on what brand of low carb milk you use and what type of whipped topping.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and splenda into a paste. Spread in the bottom of a pie dish or a small casserole dish. Make pudding according to package directions (to lower the carb count, use low carb fat free milk.) Use separate bowls for each flavor of pudding.
Layer the pudding on top of the cream cheese. I usually like to layer the chocolate directly on top of the cream cheese, then layer the vanilla on top of that.
Finish by adding a layer of cool whip (or your choice of whipped topping.) Place in refrigerator until the pudding is set.
We've made this into many small desserts or about 4 large sized helpings. With the small cups, you can probably get about 6-8 servings.
