COTTAGE CHEESE AND CHERRIES
This recipe from a book my wife had as a child called Buddy Bear's No-Cook Cookbook by Pauline C. Peck. It was from the Weekly Reader Children's Book Club and was published in 1980.
One 8oz. Container Of Cottage Cheese; One 9oz. Can of Crushed Pineapple; 1 C. Cornflakes; 4 Maraschino Cherries, sliced; Crisp Lettuce Leaves
Mix cottage cheese and pineapple together in a bowl. Chill for one hour. Add cornflakes to mixture. Place mixture on crisp lettuce leaves. Top with cherry slices.
Makes enough for six.
