Chocolate Cheesecake Pie

Chocolate Cheesecake Pie
3 Packages of 8oz. Cream Cheese, softened; 3/4 C. Sugar; 3 Eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla extract; 12oz. package of chocolate chips (mini works well); 1 Ready Made Graham Cracker Crust; 2T. Whipping Cream.
Preheat oven to 450. Beat cream cheese and sugar in bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs and vanilla, beat. Stir in 1 2/3 cups chocolate chips. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake 10 minutes. Reduce temp. to 250. Continue baking 20 minutes or until set. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely. Cover. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Place remaining chips and whipping cream into small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 20-30 seconds or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Cool slightly. Spread over top of pie. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until topping is set.

Makes 10 servings.
