Pear Crisp
1/2 C. Sugar Substitute; 3 Graham Crackers; 1/4 C. Light Butter; 4T. Flour; 2 tsp. Cinnamon; 3 C. Pears, peeled, cored and sliced; 1 T. Lemon Juice; 3 T. Water
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8x8” baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In food processor add sugar substitute, graham crackers, butter, flour and cinnamon. Blend until crumbly.
Toss remaining sugar substitute, cinnamon, flour, pears, lemon juice and water until fruit is evenly coated. Place in prepared baking pan. Cover with crumb topping. Bake 40-45 minutes until bubbling around edges. Serve warm. Makes approx. 6 servings.
Per serving: 130 calories, 5 grams fat, 19 net carbs.
