Washu
Washu is considered one of the most advanced and best scientific geniuses in the universe. Washu defenitely has a great personality, she is a genius on the other end, and on the other side she's a humorous person. She is very, very funny and she is more diverse than anyone else. She likes to use Tenchi as a guinea pig in experiments, she saved Ryoko's like after a terrible battle too. Washu looks like a 12 year old child, but is actually thousands of years old. In Tenchi Muyo she is aweken by Mihoshi and well, helps them escape Kagato's ship. In Tenchi in Tokyo Washu spends days locked up in her lab trying to uncover the mystery of the mysterious Sakuya, and alerts Tenchi that the shrine would be attacked. She is linked to many mysterious stories in Tenchi Muyo. Washu is defenitely one of my favorite characters.
