Tenchi Masaki

Tenchi is the most kind and caring character in the show, despite Sasami. Although he is surrounded by all the chaos -- he always finds a way out. At one point in his life he gets the chance to kill Akira forever, the girl responsible for the near destruction of Jurai. Tenchi is too kind to kill anyone, but he can be mean. His curiosity is responsible for what's in his life now. The only person that really cares about Tenchi's well being is the kind-hearted Sasami, whom is 8. Yosho is Tenchi's grandfather, something Tenchi doesn't know for a while, whom put Ryoko in the cave.

Other than that Tenchi has a friendly personality, and is good in school. When he meets the mysterious Sakua he is faced with either leaving to save the shrine, or stay with Sakuya, who feels very lonely. Sakuya mysteriously dissapears, and then Tenchi realizes he must go back. Without Tenchi, none of this would have happened.
Tenchi has powers he doesn't even know he has until he meets Tsunami in Tenchi Muyo. He can activate 4 Lighthawk wings, i think, and has the power to kill Kagato. He does too. Tenchi is Jurian, and therefore has the powers of Yosho, his grandfather, and Ayeka. He should actually be the ruler of planet Jurai. Tenchi is quite the character and has powers beyond of what most people think.
