The committee of the Defence Reserves Association (WA Branch) meets on the second Monday of each month. The WA Branch also has meetings which all members are invited to attend. These meetings feature a speaker on a Defence subject and also have a period for exchange of information.
The DRA (WA Branch) has an annual "All Ranks Dinner". This provides a forum for former and present service people and their partners to get together in a social environment.
The National council has a conference once a year and decides upon issues which need to be pursued with Heads of Service or, if appropriate,at a political level. The National president has frequent contact with Chief of Defence forces, Minister for defence and, on occasion, the Prime Minister.

The Association invites all present and formers of the Reserve Forces (Navy, Army and Air Force) to become members. The Annual subscription is $10.00 (equivalent of 20c per week).
