Be still a moment;
feel
how quiet
night has come to the city;
now for us
lain across a regal bed,
beside rainstruck windows,
how perfect all things are;
with this gift we give to receive,
above rain splashed streets
here, we lie in perfection
so modest, so hushed
the kisses in your throat
vibrate the room...
