Everton have apparantly asked Celtic to name their price in a bid to seal the signiture of Alan Stubbs. Celtic's key man in defence is apparantly central to Howard Kendal's plans at Everton and he appears intent on getting his man. Stubbs it would seem is keen to return to England and thus it appears unlikely that we will be able to hang on to him. I would be looking for a minimum of 4 million though I believe 5 million would be a realistic price for a player of such versatility. Thus with talk of such a key player leaving it is imperative that Celtic have a coach in place at Parkhead soon to find a suitable replacement should Alan decide to leave.
