Celtic are rumoured to be on the edge of a major signing coup. They are allegedly favourites in the race to sign Croatian internationalist Robert Jarni. The left wing back has looked truly awesome in the World Cup and could be purchased for around £2 million. Bad news for Scotland knocked out again in the first round and to make matters worse Craig Burley was sent off for a foolish and clumsy tackle from behind. The only thing that surpassed the lack of ideas on the field was the lack of ideas from the bench, Craig Brown's position must be in doubt after a lacklustre display of tactics.
