BodyYellow tying thread and weighted hook shank (lead wire). Using Veniard Dyed Cock Pheasant Tail (Mixed Colour Pack), tie on bunch of yellow for tail, followed by longer strands of natural or darker coloured feather. Add bunch of orange for wind followed by red/yellow/red then finally orange. Finally tie all wind feathers down loose with thread just to hold them down while applying Hot Melt Glue. Hold hook with crocodile clip at eye of the hook while applying the Hot Melt glue, and rotate to keep the ball of glue round.
