In my sample, I have used Fluorescent Pink Antron Body wool. Use a darning needle and you're threading tool to put the Antron through eye of needle. Simply thread though the hole of the 2 pieces of cardboard placed together. Repeating. You will need about a metre length of Antron Body Wool.
