Fly Fisherman Phil Jahn with a beautiful 38 in. Steelhead caught on the South fork of the Salmon River, Idaho in March. Phil was the fly tying and fly fishing techniques instructor for the McCall Rec Dept between 1980 and 85, is a member of TU, and helped form the Reed Gillespie Chapter in McCall in 1986.
