Snoqualmie Falls on the Snoqualmie River, in Snoqualmie, Washington. Submitted by Julie Devine of Lakewood, Washington The Snoqualmie has its source in the Cascade Mountains, then makes its trek westward. It flows about 45 miles where it empties into the Skykomish River. It is well-known in Washington as a great salmon, steelhead and trout river.
