Despite the packaging, this is not really a Wilbury album. The
disc includes three pirated Wilbury tracks -- the extended
"Handle With Care" and "End Of The Line," and
the "Nobody's Child" benefit single -- as well as the
instrumental "New Blue Moon"; plus three Del Shannon
tracks, two instrumentals, one pirated Harrison track, one Ringo
Starr track, two Tom Petty tracks, two Roy Orbison tracks, and one
Jeff Lynne track.
