NOTE: The standard cover slips incorrectly identify the source recordings as coming from January 30, 1974. There is some confusion over which setlist for the Oakland date corresponds to the afternoon performance and which to the evening. A contemporaneous eyewitness report places "Hattie Carroll" in the afternoon concert, requiring that the line recording (which concludes with "Maggie's Farm") be assigned to the evening.
