rmd: Pretty bad by most standards, but reasonably solid for summer 1991. The singing is mostly wretched, and the lyric recall definitely below par even for the period. Still, shows like this have a special edge. Dylan may be drunk and singing into the wrong microphone at times, but the arrangements are generally fabulous (although not exactly well-executed). Soundwise, no problems that judicious use of the equalizer can't fix. Sounds just fine then, although you might not have wanted to hear things quite so clearly after all. (DM)

rmd: The Hearts Of Fire tracks are both hissy and muddy, but listenable. And listening to five takes of "Had A Dream About You Baby" in a row is a painful experience.
