rmd: A one cut (49:55) CD containing the 12/3/65 press
conference. I have wonder why someone would bother to put this on
CD, when there is so much music. It comes with 2 English booklets
from 1965, and they are filled with mostly dated and incorrect

NOTE: This disc was commercially issued without cover art, but accompanied by facsimiles of 1965 and 1966 concert programs. CDs including essentially the same audio material circulate through standard retail outlets at low prices; the variant including extraneous narration should be avoided if others are available.
