Here's Animerica Extra magazine's description, 'cause I'm too lazy to think up of my own description: Highschool student Yota Moteuchi has a nickname among his classmates: "Dateless." That doesn't stop him from falling in love with his gentle classmate Moemi, but she tells Yota that she's in love with Yota's best friend, Takashi. At a mysterious video shop, Gokuraku, Yota rents a video starring the cute young idol Ai Amano. When he plays the video on his broken VCR, Ai promises to cheer Yota up, then she emerges from the television and lands in Yota's bed. The real Ai swears, makes dirty jokes, and cooks very badly, but she also has a kind heart and truly wants to see Yota happily dating Moemi.
The manga is currently being serialized by Animerica Extra magazine, and the first few episodes have been released in the US too.
This is a really cute, sweet series. There's several cute girls, Ai and Moemi, and the plot line is really good.
