OH MY GOD, I just love that tie, it really is a good look. It just screams: "My Mamma dresses me." Thank go he dropped that look later, and started to wear mega-depressing latex outfits, and the sweater I threw ayay (Closer).
It is also a little known fact that this picture inspired Trent to write the song: "I Do Not Want This", but the original version was titled: " I do Not Want To Wear This Stupid Tie Because It Makes Me Look Like A Mega - Dork." However, to keep up with the rest of the album, the title was shortened, and the lyrics containing Trent beggin his Mom to not make him wear that tie were cut.

Apparently on a stop in London, England. The guys decided to pose for a quick picture. Despite them all looking like they just boozed it up the night before. However, Jerome, overly excited to be the newest member of the band thought he would show his new boss a little gratitude, and affection.
