All STP fans finally got what they were waiting for in October of 1999 when the long awaited 4th STP album was released. Critics basically took a crap on this album (I'd like to know how many actually listened to the thing) and labeled STP as has beens. After all we are in the age of teen pop and liking good rock is just no longer accepted I guess. WHO CARES! STP has never/will never get the credit they deserve. All we can do is continue to be the best fans we can be and have peace in the fact we're among the few that have discovered the treasure that is STP. The rest of y'all can shove it!
