Soopafly, or Priest Brooks, was part of the short-lived and ill-conceived Death Row group Tha Gang, but the other members (Bad Ass and Tray Deee) have gone on to other labels, effectively disolving that union. The multi-talented Soopafly has a strong following amongst those who have heard his great producing skills and smooth flow, and his solo album, "Like It or Not," has been eagerly anticipated since he first graced the mic on "Tha Doggfather." The release should hit this year, but it needs some heavy promotion, because many don't know about Soopafly, unfortunately.

Soopafly has stated that he, like the Outlawz, will severe all ties with Death Row after his album is released.
