POST HOME AND COLOR GUARD
The building at 1 E. Ridge St. in the borough of Coaldale has been home to the VFW since 1946. In 1920 the newly established parish of Sts. Cyril and Methodius took up residence, remaining there until the current church at 3rd & Ruddle was completed in late 1924. Prior to Sts. Cyril and Methodius, the Welsh Congregational Church occupied the building.
