MiamiDolphins.com reports that the Dolphins waived wide receiver Robert Baker today. The 27-year old Baker played in ten games for the Dolphins last year, all in a reserve role.

Moore Out For Season

The Associated Press is reporting that Dolphins second round pick Eddie Moore is expected to miss the entire season with a foot injury. Moore visited a foot specialist in North Carolina and had surgery to stabilize an injury to his left foot that he suffered in the Dolphins' exhibition game against Tampa Bay on Friday. "I'm disappointed that Eddie will miss the season,'' Wannstedt said. "He was working hard and showed the reason why he was our first pick in the draft. I know how tough this must be for him.''
