The One Chapter 3
"AJ, give me my stuff! NOW!" Star screamed on the tour bus.
AJ grinned. "Never!"
Isabel stepped in. "Star, don't worry about it. Just do this!" She stepped behind AJ and poked him in the sides. He jumped and gave Star her things back.
"Geez, Izzy, you didn't have to do that," AJ said, rubbing his sides.
"Oh, yes, she did!" Star exclaimed. "Thanks, Izzy!"
"No problem," she said as she shut the door leaving her and AJ alone.
RING!
Star snapped out of it and picked up the phone.
"Star? Is that you?"
"Yeah. Who is this?"
"You mean to tell me you don't even recognize your best friend's voice?"
"Izzy! What's up?"
"Cut the crap, Star. Are you moving here because of AJ?"
"I had to hear it from Lisette, now you! Who's next? AJ?"
"Ok, Star, calm down. I'm sorry."
"It's hard here, Iz. There are way too memories here of my parents and of Robert." She sighed. "I need to start over."
"That's understandable. How long is it going to be until you and Lisette move here?"
"About a month. There are some things that we need to do here."
"All right. I need to go. Howie's coming home soon and I need to order Chinese for dinner."
"Ok, Iz. Talk to you later."
"Bai."

AJ ran through the front door. He had had enough. He needed to talk to Star, and he needed to talk to her now!
"Hello?"
"Starry! It's AJ!"
"Hey! How's the album coming?"
"Pretty good, but that's not why I called."
"I know that." She giggled. "What's up?"
He gulped. "It's now or never," he thought.
"You and Lisette can come live with me, if you want."
"Really?"
"Yes. I know you two will need a place to crash. I have a lot of room here, so why not?"
"Thanks, Bone! I'll talk to Lisette about it."
"Let me know, ok?"
"I will. I promise."
"Ok, Starry, I'm going to let you go. Call me later and we'll talk."
"Ok, talk to you later, AJ."
"Bai."
