"The inner most house I bought it for 70-80 thousand bath, the other one I bought it in pieces and have it built for 30-40 thousand bath. The craftmen building this house are the ones who built old Thai styled houses in the Ancient city. I have no difficulty in moving this house from its place because it's made of hard woods, which are typical in Supanburi and Kanchanaburi, unlike those built Ayudhaya, Arngthong which are made of teakwood that floated from the north."
