Author's Note: Sorry it took so long for me to write this.....I've just been so getting ready for college and all...you all know how it is. I know I will have it finished before I leave for school next month, so just hold on.
Fade in: It is late on a warm summer night. Joey is sitting on the steps of a small cabin. She looks very tired, and very stressed. Pacey, looking like her always does, emerges from the woods and see's Joey.
Pacey: (Sacastic) My Joey, aren't you looking radiant today??
Joey: Don't start, Pacey. Today was so disasterous that I can not even begin to describe my current disposition. It is worse than I could even begin to describe my current disposition. It is worse than I could ever imagine. I am never going to have children. Although, I know that no offspring of mine would ever act like these kids.
Pacey(laughing a little) Joey acted just like these kids when we were little.
Joey: I did not!!! (Pacey continuing to laugh) Alright, Mr. No it all, give me some examples.
Pacey: Okay you remember all those temper tantrums that you use to throw everytime Dawson didn't pick the movie you wanted to watch on movie night.
Joey: (laughing) Oh okay, but you weren't exactly Mr. Perfect yourself.
Pacey: I never claimed to be.
Joey: Do you remember that one time you wouldn't come out of your house for a week because that girl wouldn't go out with you in the third grade. What was her name??
Pacey: Juliet Morgan (Both of the start laughing histerically).
(Then they break into a silence for a brief momment.)
Pacey: Joey, can I ask you something?
Joey: Yah, I'm not saying I'll actually answer it, but that's never really stopped you before.
Pacey: (smiling) Did you always like Dawson?
Joey: I'm assuming you mean romantically. (pauses) Yah, I mean he and I had this special bond. It was like him just being near me made me feel better. And he always pretended to understand me even when I know he didn't have a clue. But things changed and now that I had Dawson once, I'm not sure if I would ever want him us to be together again. I guess I was really let down by me and Dawson. I mean it's like a movie that you couldn't wait to see, and then when you finnally se it, it isn't a good as you expected it to be.
Pacey: You know I use to be so jealous of you two.
Joey: Of us, why??
Pacey: I envied how Dawson had this great girl who absolutly adored him. And I got so mad at him when was completely oblivious to the fact that you cared about him more than life itself.
Joey: It sounds kind of pathetic when you put in that.
Pacey:(smiles) Well then maybe your life is pathetic.
Joey: (giving the evil eye) Well, Mr. Witter, I have sat here and told you all of my innermost feeling about my pathetic love life, but you have yet to utter a word in regards to you and Andie.
Pacey: Andie is the girl I wish was the girl of my dreams.
Joey: If she's not the girl of your dreams then why is she your girlfriend.
Pacey: I guess I'm hoping that one day she will be. And she makes me a better person when I with her. But I'm not sure I like the serious side to me. I wish I was a bit more care free and wild like I was before. And I just can't see myself being like that with Andie, she has some magical effect on me that changes me. And as hard as I have tried I can not see myself setteling down with her and having kids.
Joey: You know what, as much as I hate to admit this to you, I kind of miss the old Pacey. So do I know the girl of your dreams??
Pacey: Yah I think you know her, look I better get back to my cabin. If something would happen to those precious little boys while they were a sleep, I could be facing some serious criminal enditements.
Joey: (smiling) Wouldn't that just make you father proud.
(Pacey gets and starts to walk away, but stops and turns around).
Pacey: Hey, you know that little dance tommorrow??
Joey: Oh yah, do I ever do you how many fights have errupted in this cabin about who is going to the dance with who...it's so silly.
Pacey: Well, I was thinking since I really don't have any other choice, Will you go with me?
Joey: Pacey Witter, I can not believe you are so desperate that you would stoop as low to ask me Josephine Potter to a dance.
Pacey: Oh, nevermind, I thought just maybe you might have gotten over your juvenile dislike of me, but I must be wrong. ({Pacey turned around and started walking away again)
Joey: Hey Pacey, (Pacey stops) Yes!!! (Joey smiles as she turns around and walks inside her cabin. Pacey developes a large smile on his face and continues to walk away.)
