I love everything maple. Maple sugaring is my favorite season, and maple syrup occupies a major portion of my "free" time. I've been sugaring for fifteen years, ever since my partner Pam introduced me to her family and their maple sugar-house on the family farm. Pam and I handle most of the marketing of the sweet produce from our four thousand plus maple trees which we tap each spring.
