"In GS there are 3 different levels of silks: white (training), yellow (tavern slave) and red (pleasure slave). Each is indicative of the level of training. White silks are still learning how to be a kajira and as such do not lap, fur or otherwise serve Patrons or Guests in a sexual manner. All their attention should be on learning to serve during this time. The only exception to this is that Advisors and Consultants to the Council of Captains may discipline the Tavern's slaves and physically handle the girls to assist in their training. The Captains may, of course, use Their property as They see fit..

Yellow silks have learnt how to please a Master in the serving of food and drink, dancing, and sexually, and their use is included in the price of the paga. Red silks or pleasure slaves shows that the slave is fully trained in the pleasures of Masters more so than a yellow silk slave (see below training section for more detail)."

Helpful Advice for a new slave
When confronted with someone you do not know, be polite and respectful. Always offer to serve and serve with your whole being. Be most respectful to all command of the Free whether you agree or not. we are slaves not princesses. Many times, things do not go the way we wish them or expect, we need to be very careful and watchful. If at a time things move to a more personal level and you are feeling uncomfortable, ask to whisper to the Master or state your feelings out loud. If this does not help and you are truly unable to continue, ask to leave. Please refrain from lying. It's an easy trap to fall into.

Know that each and every girl here has been in a bad situation a time or two, you are not alone. And each girl has probably learned a valuable lesson from such a difficult spot. We must always remember we are at the whims and mercy of the Free always and must obey as to the best of our whole-hearted abilities. But, this is not saying you have to take something that will cause you damage, to your heart and belly. Though slave, we are very precious to Those who own us.

If after peaceful discussion, such abuse continues, remember the rule of threes: either state your restrictions three times with a ehn between posts or beg to leave three times with a ehn between. A Master once said "it is not a slaves place to punish herself for mistakes or wrongs, but only her Master's responsibility to discipline and punish as He sees fit."

Lastly, always protect your rt (real time). we must always behave and portray a slave while in vt (virtual time) but your rt is just that *yours*. never give out rt personal information. this is a rt personal issue that only you can decide. No true Gorean Master will force you to give up rt information.

So far it has been the habit that anyone who claims to be a Free Man and Master of Gor and comes in as pledged Free or regular guest can fur the yellow and red silk slaves of GS. If this causes a problem by the HNG they would be told so to stay away from the tavern slaves and that they are no longer welcome in GS.

In one of the postings on the corks of lately a slave says that a bare neck slave has to beg a GS-collar or to leave after the time of the o-collar is done.
That is nonsense, a bare neck slave can stay in GS any time - on her own risk to be collared or to be thrown out from a room.
Some rooms are kill and capture zones some are not. In a not-kill-and-capture there is no risk for a bare neck slave to be in. In the other rooms ... wait and see

but it is not that Master Zoran girl has been feeling it for a long time girls skirting the {GS} collar then waiting until they find a personal Master that wants them.. it is not right that a slave can come into the tavern for weeks on end asking for protection until she has found a personal Master.. taking the possible connections a GS slave could make because they are going by the rules.. yet time and time again this girl sees she starts to get a liking to a Master and the next time she comes in the Master has a new slave.. and no longer wants another.. it really makes girl as a GS slave say why bother with the rules if no one else does.. if a Master obeyed the rules and collared the bare neck to the GS collar as the rule states it should then we would have more trained slaves and would have the opportunity for slaves and Free to buy slaves from the Tavern.. as it is the Captains do not want to sale the tavern girls because then they do not have any slaves.

This is correct there is absolutely no rule that states that a slave must take a collar after her "O" period as expired. The "O" collar is a collar of protection, once it is removed she is again vulnerable and if she does not want to risk being force collared should remain in a "safe room"

It's up to the Men of Gor to decide if a woman can come in or not. i quite remember me coming into the Tavern as a she~urt and i bloody well got thrown into the canal because i simply annoyed a Free. if that particular girl keeps coming in and asking for protection, it is up for the Free to decide if protection is coming or not. no, it probably doesn't settle well with slaves, however slaves aren't suppose to be in the business of Free. there's two folds to every story, one of these days the luck will run out and she will find herself in a collar no matter if she wants to or not.

Hunter, for Me it is a more matter of how good did we get a person to know, not so much of the time. But usually to get to know someone needs some time and as i stated earlier i think of 2 or 3 months at minimum time, better 6 months. Why would someone need to hurry?

For me was the best advice given to me.. was become active in GS.. make it your home... show a lot of interest.. be respectful.. listen and learn.. but most of all be patient.. no rush it.. I remember someone wanted to pledge when I was.. kept trying to work the Captains and hurry them up... He never became a pledge... .. patience patience.. and prove yourself in loyalty to Gs.. and show respect to all.. slaves and Free.. this Is my advice

Master Crusader, it is an interesting juxtaposition, but most Masters feel very "protective " of Their slaves, and by Their slaves flicka means all of the slaves of GS.
