As much as Captain KYoto is right in principle as much i think that there are times for serious, deep discussions, even tough and troublesome exchange of opionions as mcuh there is also time to be just hapyp, silly, frisky , laugh and giggle a forum away - we are flexible enought to do so and to do so.
