GS slaves are owned, they are owned by the Captains, and their restrictions are laid out
clearly in the manual.

Privately owned slaves also sometimes have restrictions, and these are laid out in the
section on the cork board.

If a Master has not specifically mentioned a restriction, then flicka would assume that
the command from a Master would be lawful.

For example, Jarl Keeper has not said that flicka may not enter the Bathhouse, and ergo
any Master may order her there.

This is a good case in point of how vulnerable we slaves are. We have to obey a Free
Person, and so it is crucial that our Owners be They The Council or Private are quite
detailed in what we are permitted to do.
